SANTA ANA, CA -- Express Manufacturing Inc. has added a fifth building to its campus here.

The contract printed circuit board assembler also added a reliability lab, in which it performs stress tests to J-STD specifications; temperature cycling; thermal shock; and altitude tests.

The EMS company's site in China is growing more gradually, director of corporate communications John Koon told CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY. Some manufacturers are bringing manufacturing back to the US and reducing costs through greater automation, he added.

EMI was featured in a CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY profile last year.
