GERMANTOWN, WI – Ellsworth Adhesives has acquired Adhesive Methods and Technology, a Tennessee-based distributor of industrial adhesives and dispensing equipment.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition strengthens Ellsworth's presence throughout the mid-south US and enhances its service, support and infrastructure throughout the area.
