GERMANTOWN, WI – Ellsworth Adhesives has acquired Adhesive Methods and Technology, a Tennessee-based distributor of industrial adhesives and dispensing equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition strengthens Ellsworth's presence throughout the mid-south US and enhances its service, support and infrastructure throughout the area. In a press release, Mike McCourt, global president, Ellsworth Adhesives Specialty Chemical Distribution, said, “The acquisition of AMT supports our strategy of growth as we continue to provide a superior level of service and technical support to our customers. Adhesive Methods and Technology’s business philosophy aligns well with ours, and we are proud to welcome them to the Ellsworth team.”
