| Flextronics Renews Austin Lease |

AUSTIN, TX – Flextronics renewed its lease here for more than 1 million sq. ft., according to published reports. The deal is reportedly among the largest ever in Austin. Cassidy Turley brokers represented the electronics manufacturer in the deal with landlord Research Park Properties Trust. No financial terms were disclosed.
