| CTS Acquires Sensor OEM D&R |

ELKHART, IN -- CTS has acquired D&R Technology manufacturer of custom designed sensors, switches and electromechanical assemblies for the automotive market. CTS, one of the largest contract electronics manufacturing companies in the world, paid about $63.5 million for privately held D&R, which has annual sales of approximately $50 million. CTS said the deal will enhance its automotive sensor market, adding new customers and a broader product portfolio. D&R has facilities in Carol Stream, IL, and Juarez, Mexico, and approximately 400 employees.
