ORLANDO – The DMSMS & Standardization Conference will take place here Nov. 26-29. It will include panels, briefings and training on the counterfeiting issue.

Panel and session topics include A Look at Counterfeit Electronic Parts Investigations; Tools, Techniques and Methodology for Counterfeit Avoidance; Commercial Data Management Tools for Counterfeit Mitigation; Proactive DMSMS Methodologies; Standards and Policies to Mitigate Counterfeiting; Advanced Methods for Counterfeit Avoidance; Managing the Supply Chain to Mitigate Counterfeiting; Executive Panel: Anti-Counterfeiting; Developing Enterprise Approaches; Preventative Counterfeit Part Strategies; Test Methods for Counterfeit Detection; Enterprise Level: COTS DMSMS Solutions through Collaboration; Authentication for Counterfeit Prevention, and Counterfeit Parts: Tools and Guidance on Avoidance and Detection.

Training includes JPL Counterfeit Parts Avoidance: Parts 1 & 2 and Non-Electrical (Mechanical) Counterfeit Material.
