Jedec to Standardize Non-Volatile Wireless Memory PDF Print E-mail

ARLINGTON, VA – A new Jedec subcommittee will develop standards for non-volatile wireless memory. 

The subcommittee, part of JC-64 Committee for Embedded Memory Storage and Removable Memory Cards, will be chaired by Nokia and vice-chaired by Micron Technology and Samsung Semiconductor.
