MUNICH -- Roselektronika (Rosel) and Rohde & Schwarz have signed a memorandum of understanding under which Rosel will distribute Rohde & Schwarz's test equipment in Russia. Depending on sales, the two groups said a joint venture in the Russian Federation will be considered. The JV would build test equipment and conduct research and development activities. Rohde & Schwarz is an OEM of oscilloscopes and other test and measurement instruments and systems.
