FREDERICK, MD – EMS firm ACDi has acquired the assets of Fawn Electronics for an undisclosed sum. ACDi has entered into a long-term lease on the existing facility and expects to retain all employees at the operation near Raleigh, NC, operating under the ACDi name. With the acquisition, the firm’s two facilities have a combined 112,000 sq. ft.
