FREDERICK, MD – EMS firm ACDi has acquired the assets of Fawn Electronics for an undisclosed sum.

ACDi has entered into a long-term lease on the existing facility and expects to retain all employees at the operation near Raleigh, NC, operating under the ACDi name. With the acquisition, the firm’s two facilities have a combined 112,000 sq. ft.

The facility purchased from Fawn is certified to build nuclear products. It also has expertise in medical, cable and harness assembly, and full test capabilities.

Fawn was a subsidiary of Fawn Industries.
