Autosplice Management Joins Private Equity Firm in Company’s Purchase PDF Print E-mail

NEW CANAAN, CT – Private equity firm J.H. Whitney Capital Partners has joined with Autosplice’s existing management to acquire the electronic interconnect solutions provider.

Day-to-day operations of Autosplice will remain in their current locations, and there will be no changes to Autosplice’s management.

No financial terms of the purchase were disclosed.
