KE-1070/KE-1080 modular placement systems use the same topology as KE-2070/KE-2080 machines. KE-1070 has a four-nozzle head with a rated IPC 9850 speed of 15,500 CPH and a component placement range from 01005 to 33.5 mm2. KE-1080 adds a fifth nozzle to handle larger parts and uses a tricolored vision system featuring blue, green and red LEDs for placement of fine-pitch ICs, connectors and odd-shaped components. Has an IPC 9850 rated speed of 14,100 CPH for chips and 3,400 CPH for IC components. Effective component placement range is 01005 to 74 mm2. Both use LNC60 optical centering laser built into the head. Feature detection of exact height of nozzle tip, bent nozzle detection and a tombstone pick check. Are compatible with all current Juki feeders and trolleys.
