| Worldwide Manufacturing to Take Stake in Shanghai De Chuang |

SAN BRUNO, CA – Worldwide Manufacturing USA, will acquire 55% of Shanghai De Chuang Electric and Electronics Company (Chuang) in Shanghai. Chuang is a power supply factory with designing and R&D capabilities. Worldwide, which provides EMS and other services, said the acquisition will further the company’s direct manufacturing capabilities. The signed letter of intent is contingent on the completion of a Chuang audit, along with completion of due diligence by Worldwide, which are in the process. The acquisition is planned for September.
