Probe's Q3 Sales Soar 70% Print E-mail

LAKE FOREST, CA -- EMS firm Probe Manufacturing Inc. today reported third-quarter revenues of $2.5 million, up 70% over the same period in 2005. Gross profits rose 90% to $612,578 for the period ended Sept. 30.

The net profit was $40,325, up from a loss of $217,844 last year.

The profit from operations was $95,284, up from a loss of $178,574 in the third quarter 2005.


Year-to-date revenues of $7.3 million have surpassed the company's revenue for fiscal 2005.


Separately, the company on Nov. 10 voted to extend the exercise date of its Series A and Series B Warrants held by shareholders by one year. The new expiration date for Series A will be Nov. 15, 2007, and Series B shall be May 15, 2008. The company's board also voted to lower the strike prices of the warrant to $1 per share under the A Warrant and $1.50 per share for shares under the B Warrant.
