| CTS Signs EMS Deal with Ambient |

BOSTON -- Ambient Corp. will outsource electronics production of its X2 BPL Access Node to CTS Corp.,the companies said today. Under the deal, CTS will provide turnkey EMS services including box-build and direct-ship logistics from its New Hampshire facility. No financial terms were announced. The agreement ensures scalable volume production for Ambient. CTS EMS president Don Schroeder said in a press statement, "The X2 node is a leading-edge broadband product and we believe that our long-term experience within the technology-driven networking sector will serve Ambient well, and we look forward to building a strong partnership in the future."
