| Digi-Key and SMSC Sign Global Distribution Pact |

Thief River Falls, MN – SMSC, a manufacturer of PC system controllers, has signed an agreement under which Digi-Key will globally distribute its electronics products. Under the agreement, SMSC’s products will be available through Digi-Key’s print and online catalogs. SMSC provides mixed-signal PC system controllers, non-PCI Ethernet, ARCNET, MOST and high-speed USB.
