ALBUQUERQUE – Delta Group Electronics has purchased the assets of Assembly Solutions, a Dallas, TX, EMS company providing custom wiring harness, cable and turnkey electronic assemblies for Texas and the southern U.S. Delta Group also has assembly operations in Florida and Southern California. “This transaction will enable Delta to expand its operations into new parts of the country and to combine Assembly Solutions’ strengths in cable assembly with Delta’s capabilities in PCBs and electro-mechanical assemblies,” said Harry Mueller, president of Delta Group. Robert Potysman, president of Assembly Solutions, will remain as a consultant to Delta Group. Assembly Solutions’ management will remain and report to Brett Greer, Southwest regional manager for Delta Group.
