TAIPEI -- Foxconn reported consilidated revenue of just under $19 billion in November, its highest-ever monthly revenue for the month.

Revenue hit $18.99 billion, a new high and up 18.5% from last year, on the basis of demand for the new Apple iPhone X. The burst could push Foxconn to record quarterly earnings, analysts said.

Foxconn cited strength in its consumer electronics sales, offset in part by lower revenue for computers and related peripherals. Foxconn reportedly is shipping 450,000 to 550,000 units of the iPhone X each day.
