JUAREZ -- MGS Manufacturing Group has purchased Jabil's injection molding facility here for an undisclosed amount.

MGS will acquire the 125,000-sq. ft. plant and its 500 workers, who will transfer to MGS. The site is a high-volume facility, with some 65 PIM machines.

MGS also has a similar sized plant in Chihuahua, Mexico. The Germantown, WI-based company has more than 1,450 employees and $208 million in gross revenue, according to reports.
