Flex Acquires Medical Device Design Firm

SINGAPORE – Flex has acquired Farm Design, which provides development and design services for medical device and diagnostics companies.
The acquisition will expand Flex’s industrial design, usability engineering and development capabilities.
Flex designs and builds packaged electronic products for OEMs.
Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
