LAGUNA, PHILIPPINES — Cirtek Holdings Philippines will raise $10 million via a corporate note issuance with plans to use the funds for future acquisitions.

"Proceeds will be used for project expansion and acquisitions," CFO Anthony Buyawe reportedly told the Philippine Daily Inquirer, while declining to discuss any specific acquisition targets.

The company, which is publicly traded on the Philippine Stock Exchange, signed the agreement with Metropolitan Bank and Trust. The corporate paper terms are five years.
