2K850 two-part UV cure conformal coating is solvent-free, VOC-free and is for harsh environments.

Provides resistance to cracking during thermal shock cycling. Is designed to allow rapid board calibration. Full cure is reportedly guaranteed within 24 hr. UL94V-0, IPC-CC-830C, MIL-I-46058C and IEC 61086 compliant. Operating temperature range of -65° to +130°C. Coating thickness is 200-400μm. Has enhanced edge coverage and improved adhesion, hardness and scratch resistance.
