HP-520E stencil printer is suitable for any production volume.
Three-zone conveyor system and optional high-speed motors reduce cycle time to 5 sec. (plus print stroke). Comes standard with 2D solder paste inspection; three conveyor zones with autowidth and programmable y-axis stopper positioning; four-element wet/dry stencil cleaner with Orbital cleaning system; five-zone programmable print speeds and pressures for customized print stroke; closed-loop, load cell print head for continuous print-pressure monitoring; side snugger PCB clamping; and rugged 1200kg platform. Additional standard features include full set of PCB support pins and blocks, full level 1 spares kit, and two sets of squeegee blades.
