Features include advanced dual-cleaning technology and air curtain isolation. Dual-action spray bars combine coherent spray jets and flooding jets. Four air curtain isolation cells cut chemistry consumption by reducing drag-out, improving DI closed-loop bed life, and speeding the process. Comes with novel drying system that removes water from PCB without independent heater. Uses HEPA filter to minimize particulate contamination of sensitive electronics. Reportedly has 30% more spray bars than standard machines and 50% smaller footprint compared to competitive systems. Includes touch-screen operation and programming, password protection, high energy cleaning and rinsing jets, and built-in process data logging to USB.
