SQ3000 3D CMM (coordinate measurement) system is powered by multi-reflection suppression (MRS) technology and CyberCMM, new software for coordinate measurement.

Provides repeatable and reproducible measurements for metrology applications in manufacturing of printed circuit boards, semiconductors and consumer electronics. MRS technology can be used for 3D AOI, 3D AOM and 3D CMM. CyberCMM reportedly provides 100% metrology-grade measurement on all critical points much faster than a traditional CMM, including coplanarity, distance, height and datum X, Y, to name a few. Setup can be performed in less than an hour for programming complex applications.
