Reportedly provides faster processing through improved image processing hardware and image inspection algorithms; has achieved a more than 20% increase in 3-D inspection speed compared to existing model. Increases speed approximately 40% compared to the existing model in printed circuit boards with many component mounting points. Features include high-precision mode, enabling capture of clear 3-D images. High-precision 7μm resolution type includes 3-D image capture projector optical system, improving form reproducibility of small-sized components down to 0201 (0.25 x 0.125mm) and increasing height measurement repeatability. Inspects thin, highly-integrated WLCSP and FOWLP components.
