HR 500 is a computer-aided component alignment system. Has user-guided software interface and closed-loop process control heating system. Features 1.500W hybrid heating head; large-area IR bottom heating in 3 heating zones (2.400W); integrated vacuum pipette for component removal and placement; accurate placement with integrated force sensor, and enhanced visual assistant (EVA).
