KEMPEN, GERMANY -- In keeping with the motto “meet the experts”, highly qualified speakers and market-leading equipment manufacturers as well as many interested attendees from the electronics/automotive industries and the LED sector, came to meet in Kempen from March 29 to 30.

For the 5th time in a row, the attendees had grasped the opportunity to find out more about the theory and practice of conformal coating and potting.

The companies ELGET, Hilger und Kern, KC-Produkte, Modus, Nordson ASYMTEK, Nordson DIMA, SCS, Zestron and Peters covered a variety of topics by informing about the basics and the limits of conformal coatings and casting compounds, the benefits of cleaning in coating processes, various application methods, UV curing, the optimisation of the production process and the options available for inspection.

In addition to diversified presentations, vivid machine demonstrations and a tour of the production plant, there were plenty of opportunities for directly exchanging concrete ideas between attendees and speakers.
